I have always loved the power of words.

Words hold a magic for me that cannot be replaced by any other medium. They provide a dotted line from my heart to the page and to my readers.

 

My fifth book The Gifts of Winter (Michael Joseph, Penguin Random House) is out on October 16th and I cannot wait to support my readers to have their best winter yet!

 

My ikigai is telling stories. Whether that is sharing information through accessible and engaging non-fiction, or having the honour of interviewing others and penning their experiences.

I regularly publish in mainstream media including Psychologies magazine, The Homeworker and Workplace Insight. 

 

I love helping others to uncover the words in their heart and get them onto the page.
